English for Engineers

This is a practical course designed for electrical, mechanical and civil engineers who need to use English in an engineering environment at intermediate to upper-intermediate level (CEF B1 - B2).

Course aim

The main aim of the course is to increase confidence by improving communication skills with the emphasis on speaking and listening. The course comprises authentic activities based on everyday engineering situations ranging from describing technical problems and solutions to working with drawings.

The following two steps are required to register for the course:

1) Grading Test: the test can be taken any time during our opening hours and takes about 45 minutes.

2) Application form: please fill in the application form and send it to us to book a place on the course.
