Working Student (m/f/d) Client Services – International Environment & English in the Workplace

Location: Munich (Odeonsplatz)
Working hours: 10–20 hours per week during term time
Start date: immediately

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed working student (m/f/d) in the Client Services department.

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting our front desk team with day-to-day customer service
  • Advising and assisting customers with language courses and exams (via email, telephone, and in person)
  • Organising and coordinating language training and exams
  • Communicating with teachers, examiners, course participants and corporate clients
  • Maintaining our online portals (CMS and learning platforms)
  • Administrative tasks and support with office management

Your profile

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally studying
  • Business Administration / Economics
  • English Studies / Linguistics
  • Humanities or Social Sciences 
  • or a comparable degree programme
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce)
  • A structured and reliable approach to work
  • A friendly manner and enjoyment of working with people
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills

Working Student Exam Invigilator and Supervisor (m/f/d) – International Environment & English in the Workplace

Location: Munich (Odeonsplatz)
Working hours: 10–20 hours per week during term time
Start date: immediately

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed working student (m/f/d) in the Client Services department.

Your responsibilities

We are looking for a reliable candidate to support our exams team. You will work as an invigilator and/or supervisor to coordinate and run multiple exams, such as TOEFL, IELTS, CFA, Cambridge English Qualification exams and others. We conduct exams from Monday to Saturday, with schedules varying throughout the week. You will help the exams team deliver qualified service and perform in accordance with respective exam regulations. 

Your profile

  • You are reliable and punctual.
  • Fluent in English; German is an advantage but not essential
  • You are computer literate and eager to learn.
  • You remain calm and composed under pressure. 
  • You enjoy working in a team and are communicative. 
  • You are currently studying. 
  • Available from April 2026 for at least 6 months
