COVID-19 Hygiene Concept (September 2021)

The well-known hygiene rules apply to our Cambridge Institut.

Effective August 8, 2021: 3G Regulation

3G pricinple( access granted only for tested, vacinated and recovered): we ask you to show one of the following documents before the start of each course or exam: a negative PCR or rapid test (required before each course session); complete proof of vaccination or confirmation of Covid-19 recovery. See: 14th Bavarian Infection Protection Measures Ordinance.

Please wear a mask covering your mouth and nose (FFP2 or medical mask) and secure it under your chin when entering Cambridge Institut. Also keep at least 1.5 m is not maintained due to any partner exercises, please wear mask covering mouth-to-nose during class as well.

During class/examination, when seated, a mask covering mouth-to-nose may be removed unless otherwise specified by official authorities. If the distance of 1.5 m is not maintained due to any partner exercises, please wear a mask covering mouth-to-nose during class as well.

The exchange of working materials and touching the same objects should be avoided as much as possible.

We request that participants, teachers and supervisors perform the recommended fresh air circulation routine every 60 minutes. Fresh air circulation, by immediately opening the window and door for a few minutes (5-10 minutes), is considered effective. If any individual coughs or sneezes, prompt air circulation should be performed immediately.

Please ensure compliance with cough and sneeze etiquette (cough or sneeze into the crook of your arm or into a handkerchief).

In the reception area, the maximum number of customers is 2. If necessary, please wait at the designated door signs and observe the direction of travel (see markings in the building). Please avoid crowding outside of the course/exam rooms.

We continuously evaluate the current situation and strictly abide by the guidelines and recommendations of the WHO in addition to the authorities in Germany (including the BZgA - Bundeszentrale für gesundheitliche Aufklärung).

The safety and health of our exam/class participants as well as our employees is our utmost priority. We do everything we can to ensure that language training and examinations take place in a safe environment.

In simple terms, this is what we do at Cambridge Institut to follow the Hygiene Rules

  • All of our staff and teachers are fully vaccinated against the coronavirus.
  • Post distance markings and notices to ensure minimum distance (1.5 m) requirements are met on our premises.
  • Reduce maximum number of students per group/exam to maintain the required minimum spacing of 1.5m in class/exam rooms.
  • Provide disinfection dispensers. Located at the entrance and reception areas.
  • Regularly clean and disinfect surfaces in our building. Also ensure that the premises are aired out several times a day.
  • Install protective screens at the reception desk to further protect you and our employees.
  • Employees wear a mask covering mouth to nose where necessary during training, exams and counseling sessions.

What you can do

  • Wear a mask covering mouth to nose in all meeting areas, and in class/exam rooms when necessary.
  • Contact us by phone/email for more information on classes, exams and other offerings. We will be happy to advise you.
  • All courses and exams can be booked from the comfort of your own home - either via our online store or via registration form, which you return to us by e-mail. You can also pay contactless/by bank transfer.
  • Keep distance on all walkways outside the premises and avoid crowds, especially in the reception area.
  • Wash your hands regularly. To do this, rub your hands with soap on all sides for about 20 to 30 seconds and then wash them under running water. Also, be sure to avoid hand contact.
  • Make sure you have no symptoms before visiting the Cambridge Institut.

People infected with or showing symptoms of Corona virus, in contact with an infected person, or who haven’t been in quarantine for 14 days since their last contact with an infected person, or who are otherwise still under quarantine, are not allowed to enter the Cambridge Institut.
