Our assessment helps us determine the most suitable course level and learning format for your current language skills and goals and what exam would be most suitable for you.

Our placement consists of two steps:

Online or at our institute: The first step can be completed conveniently from home (CEPT) or at our institute. This allows us to gain a comprehensive understanding of your passive language skills (Reading/Listening).
Personal Interview & Individual Consultation:The second step is a personal interview, either by phone or in person. This enables us to assess your spoken English, discuss your learning goals, answer any questions you may have, and provide you with comprehensive feedback and an individual course and/or exam recommendation.

Following your placement, you will receive:

an overall assessment of your current English level
personalised recommendations for improving your English
a recommendation for the most suitable course or English exam

This ensures that you start with the course that best matches your current level and your learning objectives.

After the rest, you will receive the digital test report from Cambridge University Press & Assessment via e-mail.

Cambridge English Placement Test (CEPT)

CEPT is a fast, reliable adaptive online test (ca 30 min.) designed to evaluate your General English skills. Developed by Cambridge University Press & Assessment, it measures proficiency across all CEFR levels from A1 to C1 and evaluates Reading, Use of English, and Listening skills. As an adaptive test, it adjusts to your responses, making questions easier or more challenging until a consistent level is identified.
