Regular group of 3-8 participants: 12 sessions (= 24 units)*.Group of 2 participants: 9 sessions (= 18 units), shortened blockFor 1 participant: 6 sessions (= 12 units), individual training with flexible allocation of units(*teaching unit of 50 min. each)
